Carrie Underwood Performs ‘Change’ @ CNN ‘Heroes’

Carrie Underwood was the featured guest at CNN’s ‘Heroes’ – a CNN special honoring the heroes of 2009.

She sang ‘Change’ from her album ‘Play On’ – and was spot on as usual. Seriously, I’ve never seen Carrie have a bad vocal night on any of her live performances. Girl is a machine. The bouncing was way awkward though.

Carrie fans may be interested to know that the audio CD of her album ‘Play On‘ is currently 50% off at Amazon where it’s selling for $6.99 this Black Friday weekend.

Just something – what’s up with the editing with the part where Adam is singing ‘don’t give up on me’? It looks like Adam is singing to the edge of the TV, when he’s presumably singing to Tommy Joe. Hello? Is that being censored out too these days? Not only is a man-man kiss forbidden, but a man-looking-at-another-man while singing is too??? WTF??? Ah, okay, my bad for not having wide-screen tv. You can see Tommy on the wide-screen apparently! me=fail

Adam Lambert @ CBS’ The Early Show

So, Adam Lambert was the guest @ CBS’ The Early Show this morning, where he sat down for an interview, answered some fan questions and gave live performances of two songs (Whataya Want From Me and Music Again) from his debut album.

Adam killed the live performances (and Monte is amazing!!! the band was tight!!!), take that ABC! And way to go, PR department for bringing Mombert in… lol

What I got from this : Morning shows are dreadful. Commercials, commercials, commercials. I quit watching, so thank goodness for the YT uploaders! Yay!

Short article on CBS – Lambert: Offering No Apologies – Hell, yeah!

He added he thinks the reaction to his performance stems from a double-standard against gay males, asserting that, “If it had been a female pop performer … I don’t think there’d be nearly as much of an outrage at all.”

Wow, what’s RCA’s strategy – just release this into the wild with no fanfare? Ha ha … and of course, it crashed the site immediately.

Haven’t watched it yet – but already flailing! LOL (Be right back!) –> Okay, looove the playfulness of the video! No controversy at all this time around – I love the idea of that underground club where everything goes and on top, ordinary life goes on… A+ for the video – love it! Not cheesy, not cheap, and Adam looks gorgeous! (Just wish the extras didn’t have such dead eyes – or maybe that’s the effect they were going for?)
